When: Every Sunday at 10.30am

What: A family service with modern songs and hymns and parallel children’s groups. With Holy Communion on the 3rd and 5th Sundays of the month

Where can I park?

There are limited parking spaces alongside the driveway leading up to St Giles’ Church. Spaces are unmarked we recommend you use as little space as possible to ensure there is sufficient parking for all. If you arrive and find no spaces then we have permission to use parking available at Freemen’s School, the entrance for which is further up Park Lane. We have a number of disabled parking bays located outside the lower entrance of The Dell Centre and at the top of St Giles’ driveway.

Accessibility?

As a 12th Century building St Giles’ church has some limitations but the building’s interior was refurbished in 2009, and is sufficiently wheelchair accessible, including a toilet located in the vestry. There is also a hearing loop located within designated zones in the church building. Are there groups for kids and youth?

During the main service we have two groups for kids church

 Kids Church: Age 3 - School Year 7 (across two groups)

Little Kids is a group primarily aimed at toddlers and pre-schoolers, children under two are welcome to join in with a parent present. 

There is no provision for youth (Year 8 - year 13) at this service, but young people are welcome to remain in the service throughout

Refreshments

Tea & Coffee (with biscuits) and conversation is available after the service in the main hall on the lower floor of The Dell Centre. This is located across the path from the main church.
