Stress Awareness Month – Be the Change
April is Stress Awareness Month, a time to recognise how stress affects our lives and to learn simple ways to support our wellbeing. This year, the Stress Management Society is championing Be The Change—a reminder that small, intentional acts of kindness and care can make a real difference.
As Christians, we’re encouraged to “carry each other’s burdens” (Galatians 6:2) and to cast our anxieties on God, who cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). Let’s be attentive to those around us, offering a listening ear, a prayer or practical help. Together, we can be a source of peace and comfort for anyone facing stressful times.
