New Wine 2026: Growing in Faith Together

Earlier this summer, 86 people from St Giles’ and St George’s attended New Wine, joining thousands of Christians from across the UK for a week of worship, teaching, ministry and community at the Bath & West Showground in Somerset.

For many of us, one of the highlights of New Wine was the opportunity to deepen relationships and grow in faith together. One of our youth shared how much they enjoyed getting to know adults from church and hearing their stories of coming to faith. One young adult described discovering the Young Adults programme as an unexpected surprise that proved both encouraging and impactful, while one of our adult attendees reflected on arriving with questions about God's plans for the season ahead and finding the time and space to listen to God and seek His direction.

Together, these experiences capture something of what makes New Wine so special: a place where people of all ages can encounter God, build community and be transformed in their faith.
