From Ashtead to Romania: A New Home for Our Church Chairs

Earlier this year, St George’s Church said goodbye to our much-loved wooden church chairs as we upgraded to new, more flexible seating. But this wasn’t the end of their story—it was the beginning of a new chapter in Romania.

After a fortunate series of events, and thanks to Ebay, we were able to sell and transport the chairs to a newly built church in Romania, where they now have pride of place in a stunning worship space. The Romanian congregation has send their heartfelt thanks, sharing their joy at welcoming these chairs into their new home.
