Heritage Sunday

There was a tangible buzz as loads of people, many from our church but also many from Ashtead and beyond, walked up the drive to be welcomed by Karen and Jane and directed to the several enticing activities available for Heritage Sunday. For visitors of all ages the opportunity to ring the bells was too good to miss and Malcolm and Sue’s church and churchyard tours were a big hit. Esther demonstrated singing exercises like you’ve never seen before and both young and old enjoyed Jaynie’s scavenger hunt. The day was rounded off by a very special Heritage Sunday Choral Communion.
