Dancing to a ‘Tea’

Last Saturday afternoon saw a great flurry of activity at St George’s Christian Centre. People swapped their trainers for sparkly heels and soft leather pumps and danced the afternoon away in aid of Christian Aid at our lovely tea dance. There were waltzes, sambas and foxtrots aplenty and the most delicious tea to fortify the dancers. It was a delightful way to spend a cold and drab January afternoon - and we made over £500 for Christian Aid - a wonderful start to our fund raising efforts in this Christian Aid’s 80th anniversary year.
